A good quality pair of late 19th century Japanese chargers in the Kutani manner with polychrome painted decoration, one showing a winter scene with man being pushed into water from a boat, the other showing a woman at a window being serenaded by a musician, both within red and gilt patterned borders, both with fan shaped black and gilt mark to reverse, 37cm approx diameter, together with two further oriental bowls (4)
Both chargers appear to be in remarkably good condition with no obvious damages, the two bowls also seem good possibly benefit from a clean, see images of makers marks.
