Large German bisque head doll by Armand Marseille circa 1900-1910, mould 390, with jointed composition body, brown sleeping eyes, dressed in period white dress overlaid with sleeveless gown with finely worked decorative detail including bobbin lace trim. Also wearing silk/ lace bonnet, multi layered under garments, socks and leather boots. Impressed marks include '390 A 14 M'. Height 32"/ 81cm
