Early 20th century SFBJ bisque head character doll with jointed composition body, blue sleeping eyes, open mouth with teeth, wearing period clothes including ornate lace trimmed silk dress, multi layered petticoats, trapunto quilted silk bonnet, shoes and socks. Height 27"/69cm, impressed marks '22 SFBJ 301 Paris'
Bisque head in good condition with no chips or cracks. Chip to right eyelid. Pate and wig are not original. Teeth are all present- slightly whiter on one side, (believed to be original though there is a possibly of some professional restoration)
