Late 19th/ early 20th century English church altar cloth in ivory and gold (used during festive periods); front section is ivory damask silk over rigid board, 184 x92cm, with large central ornate St George cross radiating gold lines, of embroidery and goldwork flanked by blue velvet inset panels. Top section is a simple cotton soft cover with attached ornate embroidered pelmet. Lot includes a small associated matching banner.
