One diamond vacant as can be seen in main image, also there is a small chip on ruby to the the left of the vacant diamond (see image). Ruby facets are worn when viewed under a loupe. Otherwise generally good condition commensurate with age / wear. Largest ruby 5 x 3.5mm approx.
