Two 19th century needleworks to include: silk embroidery depicting Jesus and the Samaritan woman at the well, 34.5 x 26 cm; together with a tapestry by Jane Fergus in the year 1848 depicting Timothy being taught the scriptures, 44 x 37 cm, both glazed in gilt gesso frame of the period (2)
Wear to both needleworks and frames as expected for age. Small tears to silk sheet. Both frames with loss to gesso. The tapestry has break to glazing.
